Initiated the design process from concept to design for mens and (for a time) womens graphic tee business. Research seasonal trends, themes and inspiration to develop a brand appropriate direction tailored to the customer lifestyle. Led weekly meetings with production and merchandising teams to coordinate design, production and adoption of graphics on a monthly basis far exceeding merchants sales plan. Managed the workload between graphic designers, provided clear art direction, communicated development plans, mentored and evaluated performance.
